LEADING Scottish IT recruitment firm, Head Resourcing, is opening a new office in Leeds after tripling its turnover in the last year.
The Edinburgh-based recruitment firm is expanding south of the border due to increased demand for both contract and permanent staff from clients across the UK.
The company recently reported its most successful figures to date with a projected turnover of £25 million in 2010 and a significant increase in staff numbers.
Managing Director Gordon Adam said: "We have enjoyed substantial growth in the past year and are delighted to be expanding our office footprint in the UK.
The Leeds office will allow us to interact with current clients and target a wider range of businesses in Yorkshire whilst retaining our base in Edinburgh where we have cultivated an excellent reputation."
The Leeds team will be headed up by Managing Consultant Nick Faulding-Middleton who has almost 10 years experience in recruitment. He said:
"Head Resourcing is well respected in Edinburgh for quality service and high standards, an ethos that we hope to build on in Leeds.
Our strong values were reflected in recent staff survey results which revealed that over 90% of our staff felt that the company cared about their career development.
Head is going through a period of significant growth so it's a great time to join us. We are specifically looking to build a team of experienced recruiters in IT and Business Change. "
