My client a National Performing company has a requirement for a temporary marketing manager
The Role:
You will take responsibility for marketing to ensure the successful delivery of company objectives for supporting funded activities in performances at small, medium and main scale.
Duties:
*To devise, plan and execute all marketing campaigns for the company with the aim of developing audiences and maximizing ticket sales.
*To ensure agreed income targets in box office and ancillary income are forecast are met
*To liaise with marketing staff at touring venues on all aspects of the marketing campaign to maximise coverage of the performances
*Supervise the work of three Marketing Officers to ensure work is consistent and in line with the requirements of the company.
*To drive and co-ordinate promotional activities
*Select appropriate information for mailing to target potential audiences
Knowledge & Experience:
*At least 3 years marketing experience at a senior level
*Experience of working within an arts organisation is preferred
*Effective leadership skills
*A proven ability in all aspects of arts marketing
*Excellent IT skills are essential with a working knowledge of web-based packages preferred.
Hours of work are: Mon - Fri 09.30 - 17.30
