ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER - 16-18K - LIVE IN

My client is one of Scotland?s leading leisure hotels set in spectacular location in Scotland. They are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and ambitious Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist the Restaurant Manager in the day to day running of this extremely busy F&B operation.

Scope of role:

You will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in the supervision, staffing and general day to day running of this busy restaurant operation. With several F&B outlets in this hotel, it is likely that you will have the opportunity to work across more than one. This role is not for the faint of heart and would ideally suit an Assistant Restaurant Manager or a Restaurant Supervisor looking to take the next step in their career.

Specific responsibilities:

? To ensure smooth and first class service at all times
? To raise standards of operations and continually improve services
? Responsible for all equipment and furniture in the venues
? Compilation and management of stock systems
? Responsible for all aspects of cash control including daily takings
? Responsible for staffing levels/ absence/ briefings/ recruitment
? Attend monthly HOD meetings
? Awareness of departmental budgeting
