As a Customer Service Representative you will be speaking to people from all walks of life every day on the telephone, taking a genuine interest in each customer. You will work as part of a team to offer simple and straightforward advice in regards to their personal loan requirements to best suit there situation, in a friendly and efficient manner, showing customers how much we value them by building rapport, listening to them and answering their questions and queries.

You will take pride in your work, taking ownership of every single call. You will be in control of your personal performance and identify opportunities to develop new skills. Within your team, you will look after your colleagues by sharing advice and offering them positive support and receive the same in return.

In return you will receive an annual salary of £13,172 alongside bonus opportunities and training which will commence from the 1st of November for 6 weeks between the hours of Monday - Friday 9-5. The 6 week rotational shift pattern will be a variable between 8am-8pm including 2 full weekends within this rotation.
