Does your expertise lie in providing tax advice in relation to mergers and acquisitions, transaction advice and international tax to key global players? Would you like to be part of an in-house multicultural environment dedicated to delivering quality service and solutions?

What is the role?
Working as part of a large US Multi-national your role as the European Tax Manager will be highly consultative.

Key responsibilities include;

•Coordinating Europe's tax compliance with all relevant regulations, laws and standards
•Consulting with European and US-based Corporate Managers considering the global impact on all tax issues
•Managing all Inter-company Agreements and Transfer Price Agreements within the business
•Advising for all European tax matters including income and VAT issues
•Evaluating Europe's current or proposed activities, policies, business practices and transactions
•Ensuring that all tax returns, tax declarations and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time

**Please note the opportunity also supports special projects including; research, analysis and documentation of relevant tax issues**
Who are we looking for?
Essential Requirements:

•University Degree
•Professional Legal or Tax Qualification
•More than 5 years of relevant experience in tax related issues
•Proven knowledge in international/European tax regulations, laws and standards
•Fluency English and another European language (any additional languages would be considered an asset)
