Our client is looking for a HR Business consultant to become a fundamental part of a team where HR is the mechanism which allows them to achieve their global ambitions. You will be involved in the delivery of a more focused set of services as well as the strategic requirements of the organisation.

You will be a strategic partner to aligned business areas to develop and enhance the performance of the business as well as working in partnership with HR Strategy & Policy and business leadership teams to understand business strategy and input to the shaping of the people strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a HR consultancy capacity with experience in design and delivery of transformational HR interventions. You will have proven track record of relationship management with key senior stakeholders and capability of managing relationships with senior leaders due to your excellent communication skills. Our client is looking for someone who has experience of leading major change projects and of working with and influencing senior managers and executives.
