Job Description
SALES TEAM MANAGER: £22,000 - £25,000+ BONUS + EXCELLENT COMPANY BENEFITS
CITY CENTRE LOCATION- PART TIME & FULL TIME POSITIONS

A position has arisen for a SALES TEAM MANAGER to join this expanding and successful company. You will be responsible for motivating, leading and developing your team of Customer Service and Sales agents in order to meet, or with your excellent skills, exceed company goals and objectives.

Your responsibilties
To act as a positive role model for the team and maintain a pro-active and flexible approach in a reactive environment whilst maintaining an approachable, professional manner by;

• Interacting with individual team members on a daily basis and provide coaching to deliver improved sales, call performance, attendance and quality statistics
• Act as mentor to develop and support the senior agents within the team, making sure that they have the career progression path that they desire
• Establishing and maintaining effective working partnerships both internally and externally to improve working practices and effectiveness
• Manage all call escalations and take full ownership until a satisfactory resolution has been reached


Your experience & education
• Minimum 3 years people management experience gained within a contact centre environment, ideally within financial services sector, but must be within a sales environment
• Proven success whilst working to sales targets
• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
• Certificate in Management would be advantageous but not essential

Your working hours?
FULL TIME:
37.5 hours per week on a shift basis between Monday-Sunday from 8am to 8pm working 5 days out of 7.

PART TIME:
PT am

Morning window 08:00-14:00 with the following shift options,

16 hours - 4 x 4 hour shifts (5/7)
20 hours - 5 x 4 hour shifts (5/7)
27.5 hours - 4 x 5 hour shifts + 7.5 hours Sat or Sun

PT eve

Evening window 16:00-20:00 (22:00) with the following shift options,

16 hours - 4 x 4 hour shifts (5/7)
20 hours - 5 x 4 hour shifts (5/7)
23.5 hours - 4 x 4 hour shifts + 7.5 hours Sat or Sun
