ASA Recruitment's Oil and Gas client currently require a Field Operations Manager (Wireline) for their office in Aberdeen.
You will be responsible for:
Providing revenue forecasts for the Cased Hole and Open Hole divisions
Controlling spending within the division by reviewing all purchase requests ensuring full justification is provided and it fits with Operational requirements
Reviewing Profit and Loss accounts prior to submission to the line manager on a monthly basis
Promoting Wireline services product lines by using field experience and technical knowledge to provide solutions to customer problems at a technical level
Reviewing and ensuring accuracy of Wireline Services service quality tools
Reviewing draft invoices for both ongoing and completed operations including inter-company invoicing
Directing the operational aspect of the division providing a structured focus to the team members with clear goals and objectives on a weekly/daily basis
Managing performance of all direct reports
Conducting internal contract reviews to ensure that contracts are being fully executed with a maximum return
