ASA Recruitment's client, a textile manufacturer is currently recruiting a Sales Office Administrator to work as part of this Sales team
supporting internal staff with the smooth running of individual accounts.
The main responsibilities are as follows:-
Managing a key account you will communicate with retailers, analyse sales and forecast stock levels.
You will also be responsible forecasting stock levels, placing and monitoring the orders with production units to ensure on time delivery
of finished products. You would also be responsible for investigating and resolving customer problems.
Other duties will include creating purchase orders. production scheduling and assisting with designs.
You should be conversant in the use of Microsoft Office applications and experience in stock control systems.
The hours of work are 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
