This friendly Professional Services Firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal for this exciting and varied permanent position.

The Job Role

The successful candidate will be expected to undertake a varied caseload centred on unsecured and secured debt recovery work principally using Visualfiles system. Legal research and advice in relation to Banking law and practice. Occasional typing and administrative duties.

Skills Required

· Experience in Credit Management / Debt Recovery / Civil Litigation preferred
· Familiar with Visualfiles or another similar case management system preferred (not essential as training will be given)
· Experience in processing multiple matters
· Ability to work well as an individual and as part of a team understanding the need for excellent client liaison
· Ability to manage and prioritise workload; show initiative, well organised and methodical
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and administration skills
· Good IT skills necessary (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
· Courteous at all times and able to liaise with people at all levels
· Self-motivated team player, with ability to use initiative
· Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
