ASA's Dyce based oil and gas client have a need for a treasury manager.
The role is a key lead role managing the financial interface for treasury services for entities in Eastern Hemisphere Region, and includes significant contact with senior managers in EARC Region and Corporate and the Treasury Department in Zurich. This role will be responsible for co-ordination with the Treasury Department, the Reporting and Planning Department.
Responsible for auditing all EARC treasury transactions to ensure all are reported accurately, completely and timely
Co-ordinate with Treasury Department to supply all Treasury analysis as required
Analyze foreign exchange transactions weekly, monthly and quarterly for Treasury Department as required
Provision of daily cash report to Treasury Department
Develop as appropriate, control procedures and processes around financial reporting of Treasury transactions in co-ordination with Planning & Reporting Manager of EARC and the Treasury Department
Provision of link between Finance Corporate Reporting Team and Treasury Team
Attend Treasury weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings and conference calls
Participate in Quality Management Process to focus on continuous improvement and quality service
Proactively formulate strategy to ensure delivery of service to Treasury and other departments and other customers
Delivery of ‘best in class’ service and provide ad hoc project support as required
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
Comprehensive Knowledge and Experience of Financial Principles and Practices
Experience of Foreign Currency Reporting
Experience of Hyperion/HFM Reporting System preferred
Experience of SAP preferred
Knowledge and Experience of US GAAP Reporting

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent with at least 5 years financial experience and a professional qualification
