ASA Recruitment's client, a global Financial Services Organisation, is looking to recruit a Manager to head up it's Non-Life team.

The successful applicant will manage a team responsible for the production of product level accounting, reporting and analysis for the Bank and Employee Services arms of the company, through an efficient, reliable and controlled process and ensuring that the controls operate effectively.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage the Analysis and reporting of accounting from core business systems to ensure it is understood and any variances investigated and explained.
- Manage the production of Management Information to ensure development issues are identified and escalated to senior management throughout the business areas.
- Undertake a regular review of accounting methodology and analysis to ensure that they meet the needs of the changing business operating environment.
- Lead, manage and motivate direct reports and teams in order to maximise their contribution.
- Take ownership of defined balance sheet and income statements.
- Point of contact for external parties and issues affecting the team.

In order to be considered for this position you will be a Qualified Accountant with a wide range of experience in a Financial Services company. You will also have experience of IFRS reporting and have a strong history of managing a team.
