Indeed Head's two founding directors, Paul Atkinson and Gordon Adam have been responsible for some of the most groundbreaking and imaginative recruitment successes in Scotland since the early 90s.

Both Paul and Gordon have been key players in the technical recruitment market since 1990. Their previous company, Direct Resources, was the key IT recruitment company in Scotland for the Finance sector, running campaigns for many major organisations including National Australia Group, Standard Life, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Bank of Scotland, Direct Line and Abbey National. Direct Resources was also a pioneer in the use of nationwide recruitment road shows to support the large-scale recruitment required for Y2K and the dotcom boom.
